YIN-YANG VODKA MULE

WHAT YOU NEED

1 nip of vodka

1½ tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 sugar cube

Yin-Yang ginger & lime kombucha

Lime wedge (for serving)
WHAT YOU DO
Combine vodka, lime juice and sugar cube in an ice-filled glass. Top with kombucha and garnish with a lime wedge.
ROSY GIN-YANG

WHAT YOU NEED

2 nips gin
-
1 nip campari
-
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
-
½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
-
Yin-Yang original or raspberry & rose kombucha

Lemon (for serving)
WHAT YOU DO
Combine gin, campari, lemon juice and ginger in a tall glass. Stir in kombucha. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with sliced lemon.
STRAWBERRY MOJITO

WHAT YOU NEED

4 mint leaves
-
½ cup strawberries (sliced)
-
1 tablespoon lime juice
-
2 nips vodka or clear rum (substitute sparkling water for a mocktail version)
-
Yin-Yang original or blueberry kombucha
-
Sparkling water (optional)
-
1 cup ice
-
Berries, lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish, optional
WHAT TO DO
-
In a small bowl, muddle the mint leaves, strawberries and lime juice with a mortar and pestle until strawberries form a puree. Can also puree in a blender or food processor.

Divide the puree between two cocktail glasses (aka: mason jars).

Add vodka per glass and half fill glass with ice. Add vodka per glass and fill with kombucha.

Stir and enjoy!
