YIN-YANG VODKA MULE

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 nip of vodka

  • 1½ tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 sugar cube

  • Yin-Yang ginger & lime kombucha

  • Lime wedge (for serving)

WHAT YOU DO

Combine vodka, lime juice and sugar cube in an ice-filled glass. Top with kombucha and garnish with a lime wedge.

ROSY GIN-YANG

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 nips gin

  • 1 nip campari

  • 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger

  •  Yin-Yang original or raspberry & rose kombucha

  • Lemon (for serving)

WHAT YOU DO

Combine gin, campari, lemon juice and ginger in a tall glass. Stir in kombucha. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with sliced lemon.

STRAWBERRY MOJITO

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4 mint leaves

  • ½ cup strawberries (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 2 nips vodka or clear rum (substitute sparkling water for a mocktail version)

  • Yin-Yang original or blueberry kombucha

  • Sparkling water (optional)

  • 1 cup ice

  • Berries, lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish, optional

WHAT TO DO

  1. In a small bowl, muddle the mint leaves, strawberries and lime juice with a mortar and pestle until strawberries form a puree. Can also puree in a blender or food processor.

  2. Divide the puree between two cocktail glasses (aka: mason jars).

  3. Add vodka per glass and half fill glass with ice. Add vodka per glass and fill with kombucha.

  4. Stir and enjoy!
